Casa de Bombero. The villa is located in the heart of the Ibiza countryside, perfectly situated in the centre of the island, only 5 minutes from the artisan village of Santa Gertrudis. Newly renovated in 2008, the villa is carbon neutral: powered by solar and containing all the modern facilities and luxuries required by the discerning owner. There is a 12m pool with natural rock feature. All of the furniture within the villa is crafted from recycled teak. Dining is possible both inside and out with a fantastic double BBQ and fully equipped kitchen. Chill-out areas tempt you to relax on the shady double day beds or retreat from the mid-day sun under the pool side cabana. You can also pick your own fruits from the orchard which include oranges, figs, pomegranates, cherries, almonds & apples. There are two properties on the land which comprise of the main house with 3 bedrooms, two bath rooms, kitchen, dining & living areas. Then there is a self contained apartment with bedroom, bath room & store room.
