San Agustin, Ibiza, is a tiny hamlet with just three narrow streets and a church. The main village sits proudly on top of a small hill. It is about 4km from San Antonio in one direction and the same distance to San Jose in the other direction.
San Agustin has a couple of small restaurants (which are excellent by the way) and a church. That’s about it! However, as it sits on a hillside and predominantly faces the West Coast of Ibiza. The views are stunning. The view extends down the valley to the Bay of San Antonio, where you will see the famous Ibiza sunsets.
San Agustin is a very short distance off the main road, so access to the West Coast beaches like Cala Bassa, Cala Conta and Cala Tarida is very easy. You can get to the beaches in under 10 minutes. Ibiza Town/ airport is 19km away. Many of the properties that are for sale here, are in the grape-strewn landscape that surrounds San Agustin. So, if you’re looking for a property for sale in San Agustin, it’s likely to be rural.
